I had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Ibrahim was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooftop social area was perfect to meet fellow travelers. The location in the heart of the Kasbah was fantastic, with great dining options nearby. Although the food was a bit pricy, the breakfast was enjoyable. Despite the AC issue, the staff made the stay authentic and memorable.

Spent Christmas here. Perfect spot in the Madina; you're right in the middle of all the action. Friendly staff make you feel at home. Decor is a delightful mix of vintage and tradition. the rooftop terrace was a favorite place to unwind and meet fellow travelers.
Christmas stay revealed a few drawbacks. No fans or AC in rooms, and noise from the common area made it tough to sleep.

The rooftop area was definitely a highlight; it was a lovely spot to unwind and socialize with other travelers while enjoying the breeze. The breakfast was pretty good too, with tasty omelettes and fresh bread. I found the lack of functioning air conditioning made my stay quite uncomfortable, and the cleanliness could have been better.

we had a fantastic experience at Dar Ben Youssef. the location was superb, just a minute from the Square Jemna el fnaa. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the roof terrace where breakfast was served was a perfect start to our day. the hostel's design was beautiful, and we especially loved the bed curtains that provided privacy and darkness at night. overall, a lovely, authentic Moroccan stay with great atmosphere and welcoming staff.
Everything exceeded my hopes! 😊.
